Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect: your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number; the domain and cPanel username you'd like to use; and your order and billing details, including the bank transfer reference used to match your payment. We also record the IP address an order was submitted from, which we use to detect abuse and spam — not to track you across the web.

Once your order is approved, a cPanel account password is generated on our end. It's encrypted at rest and only ever displayed to authorized staff for account support, and never stored or transmitted in plain text outside the initial email to you. We don't ask for or store payment card details anywhere in this system — payment is by bank transfer, arranged directly with your bank.

2. How we use this information

We use the information above to: create and support your hosting account; match your bank transfer to your order; send you order confirmations and account credentials; respond to support requests; and detect and prevent fraud or abuse of our order form. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

3. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we process your information on the basis of: performance of a contract (providing the hosting service you ordered), legitimate interest (fraud/abuse prevention, service communications), and legal obligation (e.g. accounting records).

4. Cookies

This site sets exactly one cookie — a local preference flag that remembers you've dismissed the cookie notice. See our Cookie Policy for details. We don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

5. Who we share data with

Your hosting account data is processed on our own servers running cPanel/WHM control panel software, and order-related email is sent from our own mail server. We don't share your information with third-party advertising or analytics providers, because we don't use any. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

6. Where your data is held

Hosting infrastructure runs out of our Frankfurt, Germany data center, as described on our features page. Order and account records are likewise processed and stored within the EU. If this ever changes to include a transfer outside the EU/EEA, we'll update this policy and use an appropriate safeguard (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) beforehand.

7. How long we keep it

We keep account and order information for as long as your hosting account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to satisfy accounting, tax, and legal record-keeping obligations. Cancelled-order data (e.g. from an order that was never paid or was refunded) is retained for a shorter period for fraud-prevention purposes, then deleted.

8. Security

All traffic to this site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Generated cPanel passwords are encrypted at rest and are never stored in plain text. Access to customer and order data is restricted to authenticated staff accounts, protected against brute-force login attempts, and every administrative action is logged.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR, if it applies to you), you have the right to: request access to the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data (subject to our legal obligation to retain some records, per Section 7); request that we restrict or stop certain processing; receive a copy of your data in a portable format; and object to processing based on legitimate interest. 10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes affecting active customers will be communicated by email before they take effect.
